Every day I wake up and say to myself, "Today is going to be a great day. I'm going to make it a great day!!!" We all have the power to do that. Living a healthy and active lifestyle makes this daily goal so much more attainable. When you feel good about who you are from the inside out, other parts of your seem to trickle into place. I workout and eat clean through a plant-based diet to fuel my body and to lead by example. I want to show people around me that with hard work and dedication ANYTHING is possible. Is it easy... NO but anything worth achieving comes with hard work!!!
I LOVE BEING VEGAN!!! I feel the best I have ever felt in my life being fed through a plant-based diet!! I went vegan for a couple of reasons. For the animals and the lives, they deserve to live. I love all animals and I believe all animals are equal. I mean I wouldn't eat my dog, would you?!?!? But an even bigger reason I went to a plant-based diet was for my personal health. I'm extremely cautious of all types of cancer and heart disease possibilities. There is so much research done on causes of cancer and heart disease linked with eating meat and dairy. We are born with cancer cells in our body. I want to do all I can do to prevent growth in those cells. Why wouldn't you?!?!?
My eyes have been opened to what I believe to be my purpose in life and that is, "To assist people in finding the best version of themselves!" Combining Mind, Body, and Spirit through exercise, a healthy lifestyle, and clean eating. Exercise causes natural endorphins which boost your mood [MIND], it's good for your heart, muscles, and all organs [BODY] and when your mind is right, your body is right, your SPIRIT will show it's brightest. I am here to help point you in the right direction. I want to motivate and inspire each and every person I can in living their life to its fullest potential. Life is too short, why not live each day with a smile on your face and ready to conquer each day with everything you're made of.
